Who We Are
The Central Valley Energy Coalition is an alliance collection of small business owners, labor groups, nonprofit organizations, chambers of commerce, taxpayer advocates, energy companies, local elected officials and residents who support a healthy, innovative, and sustainable energy industry in California’s Central Valley.
Energy companies are paving the way for innovative Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) projects. We support and advocate for these types of advancements utilizing ground-breaking technology to meet California’s ambitious climate change goals.
CCS technology will be an important part of the state’s efforts to create a cleaner and healthier environment for San Joaquin Valley communities. We are proud to be a voice for this much-needed innovation and look forward to the many benefits that it will provide the Valley.
MISSION
The mission of Central Valley Energy Coalition is to support carbon capture and other unique projects in the Valley that satisfy California’s ambitious carbon neutrality goals while continuing to provide safe, affordable and reliable energy for all Californians.
VISION
The vision for Central Valley Energy Coalition is to proudly provide continued support for and education on local energy production and carbon capture technology and how it can safely and effectively meet California’s climate goals, improve the environment, and create job opportunities for Valley residents.
